Meet the team
Albert Rodriguez
President
Air-Tech HVAC was founded in 2006 by Alberto. It started as a one-man one-truck operation, but with one goal in mind: to provide affordable pricing and to create and maintain great relationships with his customers and his employees.
Alberto has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry and holds a Florida State "A" Air Conditioning License.
To this day, Alberto is still heavily involved in all day-to-day activities at the company, and constantly checks on all jobs to make sure our customers are getting exactly what they want.
Jordan Rodriguez
Service Manager
With over 15 years HVAC experience, Jordan has knowledge of all phases of HVAC.
Jordan helps to train and supervise crewmembers to provide and ensure the best quality service to both our large and small clients.

Adam Rodriguez
Construction Manager
As Construction Manager, Adam is responsible for project planning, project management, and residential and commercial duct design. He is an important part of the estimating team as well.
Adam works hands-on with his crew to ensure all jobs are done to the quality and timeliness that Air-Tech HVAC is known for.
Richard Rodriguez
Operations Manager
With a focus on finances and business optimization, Richard has become an integral part of Air-Tech HVAC.
Graduating with a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics Management, Richard uses his knowledge to find cost-effective plans for the client to help meet their HVAC goals.
